高载能负荷参与调节消纳受阻风电的控制策略 被引量:8

摘要 以建有高载能负荷的大规模风电基地为研究背景,针对大规模风电接入电网的随机性、波动性以及常规电源调峰能力不足带来的风电消纳受阻问题,研究了高载能负荷的响应控制特性,对高载能负荷参与调节控制进行了分析,提出了高载能负荷参与调节消纳受阻风电的控制模式和控制方法,并在此基础上提出了高载能负荷参与消纳受阻风电的多时间尺度协调控制策略。该策略基于高载能负荷不同的调节特性,在不同时间尺度对高载能负荷进行受阻风电消纳的响应控制,从而达到消纳受阻风电的效果。以甘肃酒泉大规模风电接入的河西电网实际运行数据进行仿真计算,验证了所提策略的有效性。 In this paper, a large-scale wind power base with high load capacity is taken as the research background. In view of the obstruction of wind power consumption caused by the randomness and volatility of large-scale wind power access- ing the power grid and lack of normal power supply, the re- sponse control characteristics of high load energy load are studied. High load energy is involved in the process of regula- tion and control. The relevant control model is established, and a multi-time scale coordinated control strategy is proposed, which is to participate in the elimination of hampered wind power with high load energy. Based on different regulation characteristics of the high load capacity, this strategy is to ab- sorb the hampered wind power by controlling the reaction of absorbing hampered wind power in multiple time scales. The actual operating data of Hexi Power Grid, which is a large- scale wind power base in Jiuquan, Gansu Province, are simu- lated and verified, so that the validity of the proposed strategy is verified.
