在全球范围内智库快速发展的同时,智库评价问题也日益受到关注。研究旨在分析目前国际智库评价体系发展现状和特点,并从中剖析智库评价体系未来发展趋势。首先,研究构建了国际智库评价体系分类框架;其次,对代表性评价体系特点予以分析和比较;最后,基于对国际智库评价体系发展现状的研究,分析总结了未来智库评价体系主要发展趋势。研究表明,国际智库评价体系多元化特征明显,未来国际智库评价更趋于自发性和专业化、更关注管理型评价体系构建、更聚焦对智库运营效能的考察、更重视网络及新媒体指标的应用、评价指标体系设计更加体现"用户驱动"的特征。

With the rapid development of think tanks worldwide, think-tank evaluation is an issue of increasing concern. The purpose of this research is to investigate the current development of a think-tank evaluation system and its future trends in the world. First of all, the article identifies the classification of the current international think-tank evaluation systems. Secondly, the characteristics of the representative evaluation systems are analyzed and compared. Finally, based on the study of the current development of the think-tank evaluation systems, the article analyzes and summarizes the future trends of the think-tank evaluation systems. The study shows that the current international think-tank evaluation systems have significant diversification characteristics and in the future, think-tank evaluation will become autonomous, specialized, and focused on building the administrative evaluation system, investigating the effectiveness of think tanks and on applying the internet and new media indicators. The whole design of evaluation indicator system will eventually be more user-driven.
