摘要
通过小试考察了O_3/H_2O_2+FeSO_4工艺对实际废水中次磷酸盐的氧化效果,并与Fenton工艺进行对比。试验结果表明:O_3/H_2O_2+FeSO_4工艺对次磷酸盐氧化和总磷去除效果优于Fenton工艺。优化O_3浓度和H_2O_2投加量可使工艺获得较优工况。在较优的工况下,O_3/H_2O_2+FeSO_4工艺可将次磷酸盐近乎完全氧化,总磷去除率达到99%,利用Ca(OH)_2处理出水后,可达到进一步强化除磷和调节pH的目标,总磷和pH满足排放要求。
The effectiveness of O3/H2O2+FeSO4 on the oxidation of hypophosphite in the wastewater was investigated by lab scale study and compared with the Fenton process. The results showed that O3/H2O2 +FeSO4 process performed better than Fenton process in the hypophosphite oxidation and total phosphorus removal. The process had optimal working condition through the improvement of ozone and hydrogen peroxide concentration. Hypophosphite was almost completely oxidized in the O3/H2O2+FeSO4 process under optimal condition, and total phosphorus removal rate reached about 99%. Phosphorus removal and pH adjustment was further strengthened by u- sing Ca (OH)2. Total phosphorus concentration and pH value meet the effluent standard.
