摘要
从组织内、外部分别引入环境动态性和双元文化作为调节变量,探讨忘却学习对战略变革的影响作用。以长三角地区的185个企业样本为研究对象,采用阶层回归的分析方法验证发现:忘却学习显著正向促进战略变革;双元文化、环境动态性与双元文化的交互项均显著正向调节忘却学习与战略变革之间的关系,而环境动态性对上述关系调节作用不显著。
Using 185 firms in Yangtze River Delta as the research objects, this paper first tests the direct effect of unlearning on strategic change, and then further analysis the moderating role of environment dynamic, ambidextrous culture, and the interaction of them in the relationship between unlearning and strategic change. Results show that unlearning is positively related to strategic change, ambidextrous culture and the interaction of environment dynamic and ambidextrous culture positive moderate the relationship between unlearning and strategic change. However, the moderating effect of environment dynamic is not significant.
