高举架立式圆筒型储液容器附加粘滞阻尼器减震研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过在高举架立式圆筒型储液容器支承结构上安装粘滞阻尼器,以此来减小地震对其造成的破坏。从理论研究及有限元数值仿真分析两个方面入手,建立了高举架立式圆筒型储液容器粘滞阻尼器减震简化力学模型和有限元数值仿真模型,并进行地震动响应对比分析。结果表明,粘滞阻尼器耗能减震效果较好,结构地震动响应明显降低,尤其对储液晃动波高有一定控制作用;粘滞阻尼器减震效率与速度指数密切相关,速度指数的选取不宜过大或过小,速度指数过大时可能会导致阻尼器与结构连接处先破坏从而使阻尼器失效;速度指数过小时,对结构的控制作用有限,层间位移角较大。理论解与有限元解比较接近,相互验证计算结果的准确性。建议粘滞阻尼器耗能减震设计时,应根据工程实际情况,从结构安全及经济角度考虑,选取最佳的粘滞阻尼器配置方案。 By installing the viscous damper in elevated vertical cylinder storage tanks that is to reduce the damage caused by the earthquake. The simplified mechanical model and finite element numerical simulation model of top isolation elevated vertical cylinder storage tanks are established and the seismic response of ground motion is studied from two aspects of theoretical research and finite element numerical simulation analysis. The result was indicative:The viscous dampers are applicable and the seismic response of the structure is obviously reduced, especially that can control the liquid sloshing height in a certain extent. The damping efficiency of viscous dampers is closely related to the velocity index and selection of speed index should not be too large or too small, if the velocity index is too large, it may lead to the failure of the damper and the structure connection,which makes the damper failure ,when the velocity index is too small, the control function of the structure is limited, and the story drift ratio is larger. The theoretical solu- tion and the finite element solution are close to each other, which verify the accuracy of the results. According to the actual situation of the project, the design of viscous dampers should consider two factors of structural safety and economy and choose the best viscous damper configuration.
