摘要
加工原油硫含量的增大会改变炼油装置下游设备的腐蚀环境,原始的设计选材不能满足日益恶化的腐蚀环境的需要。通过分析脱丁烷塔塔底重沸炉的腐蚀问题,分析了腐蚀导致的原因,并提出合理的改进建议。
The increase of the sulfur content of the crude oil will change the corrosion environment of the downstream equipment, and the original design can not meet the needs of deteriorating corrosion environment. The corrosion of the bottom system of the unit in the hydrogenation unit is very good. The corrosion problem of the bottom of the tower was analyzed, the cause of the corrosion was found, and some reasonable suggestions for improvement were put forward.
