摘要
介绍了硫自养反硝化的生化原理,叙述了近些年来应运用污废水处理领域的硫自养反硝化技术和工艺,从微生物角度介绍了硫自养反硝化技术的特性,探讨了今后相关研究的发展动态。认为以硫化物为基质的厌氧氨氧化-硫自养反硝化技术和异养-硫自养反硝化技术,将成为主流利用硫自养反硝化的脱氮技术,两者不但能同步脱氮除硫,而且能回收资源;他们若要得要更广泛的应用,需要对其影响因素进行精准调控,开发出一种新的单质硫回收方法和高效、稳定的运行处理设备。
The biochemical principle of sulfur-autotrophic denitrification technology was briefly presented in this paper, and the recent researches on sulfur- autotrophic denitrification technology in wastewater treatment were detailed researched, then microbial properties of sulfur-antotrophic denitrification were introduced, and the development trends of relevant research was elucidated. The anaerobic ammonia oxidation and heterotrophism-autotrophic denitrification technology with sulfide substrate would be the mainstream sulfur-autotrophic denitrifieation technology, both of them not only could removal sulfide and nitrate, but also could recycle the resources. Accurately regulate and control for the influence factors should be done and develop a new recovery method for elemental sulfur and a stably operated treatment equipment, in order to gent more application of the technology.
