摘要
研究了悬浮污泥过滤及其强化技术在侧流除磷中的应用效果。结果表明,采用粒径筛孔75μm的微砂强化后对TP、SS、COD以及NH_4^+-N的平均去除率分别为82.3%、93.8%、58.6%、3.8%,相比强化前分别提高了23.7个、43.0个、14.3个、0.86个百分点。投加微砂后的污泥絮体较大且较为致密,大大提高了悬浮污泥絮体层的截留过滤效果。悬浮污泥过滤技术可实现经济高效的侧流除磷,具有占地面积小、药剂投加量低、运行操作简单等技术优势。
Application performance of the suspended sludge filtration technology and the enhancement for side-stream phosphorus removal was investigated. The results showed that, the micro-sand with 75 μm pore size could obviously enhanced the treatment performance of the suspended sludge filtration technology, TP, SS, COD and NHZ-N removal rate reached 82.3%, 93.8%, 58.6% and 3.8%, increased by 23.7, 43.0, 14.3 and 0.86 percentage point respectively. The sludge floe was much larger and denser aider micro-sand addition, and therefore, the filtration and interception efficiency of the sludge floe layer was enhanced. In general, the suspended sludge filtration technology can achieve effective side-stream phosphorus removal, and is provided with the advantages of small footprint, lower chemical dosage and simple operation.
