摘要
应用地埋式一体化AO接触氧化工艺处理某工厂内生活污水,分析了运行期内工艺水质处理效果。探讨了氮磷生化去除异常、沉淀槽底泥翻浑等问题,原因系净化槽内部挡板强度在加工生产时未能很好加固,以致底部出现裂口;沉淀槽底泥长期堆积,易发生厌氧反硝化,使其成块翻浑上浮。采取了提升原水槽溢流口高度、沉淀槽增加空气提升装置等方法,后期工艺出水COD和NH_(3-)N、TP的质量浓度分别低于100 mg/L和25、3 mg/L,稳定达到污水厂接管要求,且底泥翻浑现象得到大大改善。可为推广该工艺应用生活污水提供实际运行经验参考。
Buried integrated AO contact oxidation process was used to treat domestic sewage in a certain plant, the treatment effect of water quality during the treatment process was analyzed. Several problems such as abnormal removal of nitrogen and phosphorus, sediment releasing in precipitation tank were discussed. The reason of that was the strength of baffles in purification tank was failed to reinforce adequately during production process, and the gap was appeared at the bottom of baffles. The sediment accumulated fora long-term in precipitation tank, and anaerobic denitdfication was easily occurred which triggered sediment releasing. The corresponding measures had been adopt such as rising the height of overflow port in raw water tank, adding air lift unit in precipitation tank. The of COD and mass concentration of NI-I3-N, TP in later process effluent were below 100 and 25, 3 mg/L respectively, which met the entrance requirements of sewage plant stably. And the phenomenon of sediment releasing had been greatly improved. Some practical operation experiences could be provided to promote this technology in domestic sewage treatment.
