不同来源的外泌体减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤的机制 被引量:6

摘要 在急性心肌梗死患者的治疗中,溶栓、经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)等再灌注治疗方法是减少心肌细胞死亡的有效治疗策略.然而,再灌注治疗在挽救缺血心肌的同时也可引发心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI).MIRI是指心肌组织缺血或者缺氧一段时间后,血供的恢复会加重原本缺血缺氧引起的损伤或引起新的损伤.这可能与血管再通时氧自由基产生增加、炎症加重、钙超载及线粒体转换孔开放有关[1].
