摘要
环境心理学的城市认同理论认为,个体一般会选择有认同感的城市作为机会型创业的地方。但是,个体创业意愿和城市认同之间的内在机理却少有说明。在厘清城市认同的子维度构成的基础上,从创业机会信息加工的视角分析了城市认同对创业意愿的作用机制。为了对比于理论推演的有效性,以景德镇当地陶瓷创业企业以及景德镇大学生创意陶瓷集市的部分创业人群为案例分析对象,通过资料和访谈,讨论了城市认同内在维度作用于个体创业意愿的可能具体路径。
The theory of city identity take it for granted that people are inclined to choose the city with identity feeling as the place for entrepreneurship. But what is the inner relation is a real problem. So we try to make the mechanism clear based on the dimension of city identity from the perspective of entrepreneurial information process- ing. In order to verify the effectiveness of the theory, we make an interview on some entrepreneurial firm and some people working in the ceramic originality market. The result of analysis uncover the mechanism from dimensions of city identity to entrepreneurship intention, which is benefit for the construction of the city to attract people do starts- up there.
