多层急倾斜薄至中厚矿体采矿方法优化研究 被引量:9

Optimization Study on the Mining Methods for Multi-layer Steeply Inclined Orebody from Thin to Medium Thickness

摘要 呷村银多金属矿为多层急倾斜薄至中厚矿体,采用浅孔留矿法开采,存在贫化率高、损失率高、空区多、地压显现等问题。为解决以上问题,结合矿体特征和现场情况开展了采矿方法优化研究,针对银铜矿体和独立铅锌矿体分别选择了不同的开采方案,并对优化后的采矿方法进行了技术经济比较。结果表明,优化后的采矿方法能更好地回采矿体,显著改善了矿体的贫化、损失,提高了矿山的盈利能力。 Gacun silver polymetallic ore, with multi-layer steeply inclined orebody from thin to medium thickness, was exploited by shallow-hole shrinkage mining, existing the problems of high dilution rate, large loss rate, many goals and obvious ground pressure. In order to solve the problems, the optimization study on the mining methods was conducted based on the orebody characteristics and the practical situation on site. And the silver-copper orebody and the independent lead-zinc orebody respec- tively adapted to different mining methods. The technical economy of optimized mining methods was compared with the original one. The results showed that the optimized mining methods could efficiently recovery the orebody, effectively improve the dilu- tion and loss of orebody, as well as increase the profitability of mine.
