摘要
内排土是提高大型露天矿山土地利用率的一种有效方式。在孝义铝矿内排土方式调查的基础上,分析了矿山内排土场失稳破坏模式,提出了工程地质灾害防控重点;通过理论分析,给出了矿山内排土场容积与废渣体积之间关系式,分析了可容纳体积(Vp)与矿体的容重、剥采比、矿体的倾角、回采率、废渣松散系数之间的关系;确定了矿界边缘、内部中心区域允许安全系数分别为1.3和1.15,并给出了此情况下矿区内排土场的作业参数。
Inner dump is an effective way to improve the land utilization of large-scale open-pit mines. Based on the investigation of inner dump method in Xiaoyi bauxite mine, the instability modes of inner dump were analyzed, and the key points for the prevention and control of engineering geological hazards were put forward. By the theoretical analysis, the relationship between the space of inner dump with the volume of waste residue was obtained, and the relationships between the receptive volume with the ore density, sti'ipping ratio, orebody angle, recovery rate and the loose coefficient of waste residue were analyzed. The safety coefficients in mining boundary edge and central area were respectively determined as 1.3 and 1.15, and the operation pa- rameters of inner dump were obtained in this case.
