摘要
以贵州某中低品位磷矿石为研究对象,采用浮选柱开展小型试验,以H_2SO_4作为pH调整剂及胶磷矿抑制剂,GJBW为捕收剂,重点考察了入料位置、充气量、矿浆浓度、冲洗水量以及泡沫层厚度等浮选柱操作参数对浮选指标的影响,并对磨矿细度开展了优化试验。试验结果表明,原矿矿物组成为氟磷灰石、白云石以及少量石英,原矿P_2O_5含量为22.88%、MgO含量为6.69%、SiO_2含量为2.63%;在磨矿细度-0.075 mm占88.01%、H_2SO_4用量18kg/t、GJBW用量0.6kg/t的药剂条件以及入料距顶部300 mm、矿浆浓度24%、充气量600L/h、冲洗水量140 mL/min、泡沫层厚度400 mm的操作条件下,可获得P_2O_5含量为32.07%,P_2O_5回收率达92.79%,MgO含量为1.57%的磷精矿。
Taking a middle-llow grade phosphate ore in Guizhou as the research object, the flotation column was used for small- scale tests. The H2SO4 was used as the modifier of pH or the depressor of collophanite, and the GJBW was taken as the collec- tor in experiments. Then, the influences of operation parameters of flotation column on the flotation indexes were investigated -the parameters including feeding position, aeration rate, pulp density, washing-water consumption and foam layer thick- ness. Besides, the optimization experiments on grinding fineness were conducted. The results showed that the raw ore, with the P2O5 content of 22.88 %, MgO content of 6.69 % and SiO2 content of 2.63 %, was composed of fluorapatite, dolomite and a bit quartz. Under the agent conditions with -0.075 mm grinding fineness of 88.01%, H2 SO4 dosage of 18 kg/t and GJBW dosage of 0.6 kg/t, as well as the operation conditions with feeding distance from the top of 300 mm, pulp density of 24%, aeration rate of 600 L/h, washing-water consumption of 140 mL/min and foam layer thickness of 400 mm, the phosphate concentrate with P2 O5 content of 32.07%, P2 O5 recovery rate of 92.79% and MgO content of 1.57% was obtained.
