CXCR4/CXCL12在原发性干燥综合征唇腺组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:1

CXCR4/CXCL12 expression in the salivary gland and its significance in primary Sjogren's syndrome

摘要 目的观察CXCR4和CXCL12在pSS患者唇腺组织中的表达,探讨其在pSS发病中的作用。方法选取32例初治DSS患者及30例口腔黏膜囊肿或外伤患者唇腺组织,采用免疫组织化学方法检测CXCR4和CXCL12在唇腺组织表达水平,强度及部位。采用矿检验和Spearman相关分析进行统计分析。结果CXCR4在试验组阳性率为91%(29例),明显高于对照组的33%(10例),差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.77,P=0.001);CXCL12在试验组阳性率为97%(31例),明显高于对照组的40%(12例),差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.57,P=-0.001)。结论CXCR4和CXCL12在pSS患者唇腺组织呈高表达,提示它们共同参与了pSs局部炎症反应的病理过程,在pss发病机制中具有一定作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of CXCR4 and CXCL12 in the labial gland of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS), and to explore their role in the pathogenesis of pSS. Methods The expression of CXCR4 and CXCL12 in labial gland tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry in 32 cases of newly diagnosed pSS and 30 cases of oral mucosa cysts or trauma patients. The expression level, intensity and location were analyzed and compared statistically. χ2 test and Spearman correlation analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results The positive rate of CXCR4 in the test group was 91%(n=29), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (33%, n=10, R2=21.77, =0.001). The positive rate of CXCL12 in the test group was 97%(n=31), which was significantly higher than that in the control group 40% (n=12), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=23.57, P=0.001). Conclusion CXCR4 and CXCL12 are highly expressed in labial gland of pSS patients, this suggests that they participate in the pathological process of pSS local inflammatory response and play an important role in pSS pathogenesis.
