间充质干细胞来源的微泡在风湿性疾病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近几十年很多学者已经对间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)在再生医学方面的潜能已经进行了广泛的研究。在风湿性疾病中,MSCs推荐应用于治疗难治性疾病,如RA,或治疗退行性病变,如OA。风湿性疾病的发病机制与多种免疫细胞表型和功能的异常有关。这些异常部位可作为免疫干预的潜在靶点,用来治疗风湿性疾病。
