习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的讲话,对高校思想政治理论课建设提出了明确要求,也赋予了思想政治理论课教师新的时代责任和历史使命。新形势下,高校思想政治理论课教师身份认同水平关系到他们能否承担肩负的神圣使命和能否获得职业幸福感。为此,需要政府、学校和思想政治理论课教师通过政策支持、制度保障和提高专业素养来增强与促进身份认同。
