摘要
目的制订小儿化痰止咳颗粒中3种流浸膏原料的快速薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。方法在3块薄层板上于5种检视条件下分别采用TLC法鉴别桔梗、桑白皮和吐根流浸膏中的特征性斑点。结果检测信息量多,斑点清晰,方法简便、快捷,检测成分与临床应用一致。结论 TLC鉴别法可用于快速控制3种流浸膏的质量。
Objective To establish a rapid thin-layer chromatography（TLC） identification method for 3 liquid extracts in Xiao＇er Huatan Zhike Granules. Methods The characteristic spots of Platycodonis Radix liquid extract, Mulberry Bark Liquid extract and Ipecac liquid extract were indentified by TLC in the 3 block of thin layer plate on the 5 viewing conditions. Results The identification meth- ods were simple, rapid and the composition of the detection is consistent with clinical application. Conclusion TLC identification method can be used for rapid control of quality of 3 kinds of liquid extracts.
