中药洗浴治疗新生儿红斑临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath Treatment for Neonatal Erythema

目的探讨中药洗浴治疗新生儿红斑的临床疗效。方法选择医院2014年3月至2016年3月出生后发生红斑的新生儿100例,按红斑病情严重程度将患儿分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组患儿为轻度红斑,对照组患儿为重度红斑,均给予中药药浴。治疗5 d后,观察两组患儿红斑消退时间。结果两组患儿中药洗浴总有效率为100.00%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组皮疹平均消退时间为(2.04±0.35)d,明显短于对照组的(3.42±0.29)d(P<0.05)。结论新生儿出现红斑后尽早给予中药洗浴,有助于促使红斑尽快消退,控制皮肤感染发展,避免病情恶化,并可消除患儿家属的紧张情绪,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine bath treatment for neonatal erythema. Methods Totally 100 cases of neonatal erythema after birth in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the severity of erythema disease, 50 cases in each group. The children patients in the observation group were mild erythema, severe erythema in the control group, all children patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath. The time of erythema regression was observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 100.00%, there was no statistical significance between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）.The average regression time was （2.04 ＋0. 35）d in the observation group, which was significantly shorter than （3.42 ＋0.29）d in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Neonatal erythema should be given Chinese medicine bath as soon as possible, it can help to promote erythema subsided as soon as possible,control the development of skin infection, avoid the deterioration of the condition,and relieve the family members of the children patients＇ nervous mood,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
