摘要
目的调查医院合理用药整治活动效果,了解医院药占比现状、存在问题及相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析2015年医院住院患者的临床费用资料,对影响药占比因素进行相关变量分析。结果患者住院期间药品费用、检查费、材料费所占比例较高;Logistic多因素分析结果显示,大型仪器检查、高值耗材、手术操作、年龄、医保状况为影响药占比的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论医院应综合管理药品费用,同时遵循合理用药原则,以有效控制药占比。
Objective To investigate the effect of remediation work on hospital rational drug use,analyze the status quo,existing problems and related risk factors for hospital management control medicine proportion. Methods Retrospective analysis of datas of clinical cost of hospitalized patients in 2015,the influence factors of the medicine proportion were carried out related variable analysis. Results During the period of hospitalization, the proportion of drug expenses, examination fees and materials fees is higher. Logistic multivariate analysis showed that large instrument examination, high value consumables, surgical operation,age and medical insurance status were independent factors influencing the medicine proportion. Conclusion The hospital should comprehensively manage the expenses of drugs and follow the principle of rational drug use so as to control the medicine proportion effectively.
