新疆7所医院抗菌药物使用管理的督查分析

Supervision Analysis for Usage and Management of Antimicrobial Agents in 7 Hospitals in Xinjiang

目的督导医院抗菌药物使用的管理。方法结合国家对抗菌药物使用的管理规定,制订抗菌药物使用管理检查表,通过查阅资料、察看现场、抽查处方、询问答疑、检查点评、宣贯授课和"传帮带"方式开展检查督导。结果医院均对抗菌药物的使用实施了监测管控;消费和用量较大的药品集中在限制使用级抗菌药物针剂;部分医院未监测Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物情况;抗菌药物使用管理小组未充分发挥监管作用。结论医院管理者对抗菌药物使用的管理工作还存在不少薄弱环节,应加强卫生行政部门和食品药品监督部门对医院抗菌药物使用管理的检查督导。

Objective To inspect and supervise the management of applying to antimicrobial agents in hospitals. Methods Combining national regulations of the use and administration of antibiotics, the inspection table for the management of applying antimicrobial agents in hospitals was set. The inspection and supervision for the management of applying to antimicrobial agents in hospital was carried out by the way of data access, inspecting the scene, random prescriptions, question and answering, reviewing comments, publicizing teaching and the mentoring. Results The acts of monitoring and control of application to antibiotics was put into effect by managers in hospi- tals. The medicines that were more consumed and quantified in hospitals concentrated in injection preparations of the restrict use of an- tibiotics. Some hospitals did not develop the monitoring of prevent use of antibiotics in type [ incision. The command activities of ad- ministrating organization for the use and management of antimicrobial agents did not play a better role in hospitals. Conclusion The hospital managers still have many weak links in the management of antimicrobial agents,the inspection and supervision for the use and management of antibiotics in hospitals should be strengthened by the departments of Hygiene and Food and Drug Administration.
