运脾化浊颗粒降脂减肥作用实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察运脾化浊颗粒的降脂减肥作用。方法以高脂饲料喂养小鼠,并同时给药6周,每3 d称体质量,末次给药后禁食12 h,眼底静脉丛取血,处死小鼠,测小鼠血脂各指标,器官周围脂肪质量、脏器指数及减肥指数Lee′s指数。结果采用此配方喂养6周能成功复制肥胖模型,复制模型时雄性小鼠较雌性小鼠更为敏感,运脾化浊颗粒可减轻小鼠器官周围脂肪质量,降低部分脏器指数;运脾化浊颗粒大剂量(16.7 g/kg)、中剂量(8.3 g/kg)及盐酸二甲双胍阳性对照组小鼠分别在第1~2周体质量显著减小,3个剂量组及阳性对照组分别在给药后多个观察时间点体质量显著减小;显著降低小鼠总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、LDL-C/TC、动脉硬化指数,显著升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)/TC;运脾化浊颗粒大剂量组雄性小鼠Lee′s指数极其明显降低。结论运脾化浊颗粒有一定的减肥作用,具有显著降低血脂各指标及调节脂代谢作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Yunpihuazhuo Granule on lipid-lowering and weight-reducing. Mothods The high-fat fodder was used to feed and simultaneously administrate mice for 6 weeks, and the mice were weighed every 3 d, 12 h was fasted at the end of the last administration, the blood was collected from venous plexus of the fundus, then the mice were killed, the various indexes of blood lipid, fat weight around organ, viscera index and the weight loss index ( Lee′s index ) of the mice were measured. Results Obesity model could be obtained by feeding with this formula for 6 weeks. Male mice were more sensitive than female mice when duplicate. Yunpihuazhuo Granule can reduce the weight of fat around organ and viscera index of mice. The weight of mice was significantly reduced after 1-2 weeks of administration for large dose ( 16. 7 g/kg ) , medium dose ( 8. 3 g/kg ) and metformin hydrochloridepositive control group. For three doses of this product and the positive control, after different period of administration, the weight of mice was observed significantly reduced separately. TC, LDL-C, LDL-C/TC and atherogenic index of mice were significantly reduced. HDL-C/TC was significantly increased. The decrease of Lee′s index of male mice treated with large dose of Yunpihuazhuo Granule was extremely significant. Conclusion Yunpihuazhuo Granule has certain effect on anti-obesity action, it can significantly reduce various index and regulate the lipid metabolism.
