动态双C疗法用于妊娠糖尿病62例临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Dynamic Double-C Therapy for Treating Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in 62 Cases

目的观察动态双C疗法用于妊娠糖尿病(GDM)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2014年5月至2016年5月收治入院的GDM产妇124例,随机分为观察组(动态双C疗法)与对照组(常规降糖干预),各62例。结果治疗后,观察组及对照组患者空腹、早餐后2 h、午餐后2 h及晚餐后2 h血糖水平均明显降低,观察组患者降幅更明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率为90.32%,显著高于对照组的75.81%(P<0.05)。观察组患者妊娠高血压及感染发生率均为1.61%,明显低于对照组的9.68%和11.29%(P<0.05)。观察组患者新生儿剖宫产率为19.35%,明显低于对照组的46.77%(P<0.05)。结论双C疗法干预能有效控制GDM产妇的血糖稳定,临床疗效优于常规降糖干预,且能降低产妇围产期的并发症发生率及新生儿剖宫产率,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dynamic double-C therapy for treating gestational diabetes mellitus （ GDM ） . Methods Totally 124 parturient women with GDM were randomly divided into the observation group （ dynamic double-C therapy ） and the control group （ conventional hypoglycemic intervention ） , 62 cases in each group. Results After treatment, the levels of blood glucose when fasting, 2 h after breakfast, 2 h after lunch, and 2 h after dinner in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group decreased more obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The total effective rate in the observation group was 90. 32%, which was significantly higher than 75. 81% in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The incidence rates of pregnancy induced hypertension and infection in the observation group were 1. 61% and 1. 61%, which were significantly lower than 9. 68% and 11. 29% in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The rate of cesarean section in the neonates of the observation group was 19. 35%, which was significantly lower than 46. 77% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Double-C therapy intervention can effectively control the stability of blood glucose in the parturient women with GDM, its clinical efficacy is better than conventional hypoglycemic intervention, and it can reduce the incidence rate of maternal perinatal complications and neonatal cesarean section, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
