六味地黄汤加减治疗免疫性不孕症临床评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨六味地黄汤加减治疗免疫性不孕症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将2015年2月至2016年2月收治的108例免疫性不孕症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各54例。对照组采取常规西医疗法,治疗组采取六味地黄汤加减,评价两组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗组有效率为87.04%,高于对照组的70.37%(χ~2=4.474 7,P=0.034 4);治疗前,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2)水平对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,治疗组FSH水平下降、E2水平升高,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的18.52%(χ~2=4.285 0,P=0.038 4)。结论六味地黄汤加减治疗免疫性不孕症疗效确切、安全可靠,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients in the treatment of immune infertility. Methods Totally 108 patients with immune infertility admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 54 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional western medicine therapy, the treatment group was given Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients. The clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were evaluated. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 87. 04%, which was significantly higher than 70. 37% of the control group (χ2=4. 4747, P=0. 0344 ) . Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of FSH and E2 between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , after treatment, the level of FSH decreased and the level of E2 increased in the treatment group, which was obviously better than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The incidence rate of adverse reactions in treatment group was 5. 56%, which was significantly lower than 18. 52% in the control group (χ2=4. 2850, P=0. 0384 ) . Conclusion Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients in the treatment of immune infertility has good effect and safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
