复方丹参滴丸联合综合护理干预治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛临床评价

Clinical Evalution of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills Combined with Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Treating Angina Pectoris Caused by Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合综合护理干预治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛的疗效。方法选择2016年5月至2017年2月冠心病心绞痛患者160例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各80例。对照组采用复方丹参滴丸联合常规护理干预治疗,研究组采用复方丹参滴丸联合综合护理干预治疗。结果研究组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05),硝酸甘油应用量、心绞痛控制时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组心功能、负性情绪相近(P>0.05),出院时研究组心功能、负性情绪优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合综合护理干预治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,可减轻负性情绪,加速症状消退,减少硝酸甘油用量,改善心功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with comprehensive nursing inter-vention for treating angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease （ CHD ） . Methods Totally 160 patients with angina pectoris caused by CHD from May 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with conventional nursing intervention, while the study group was treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92. 50%, which was significantly higher than 75. 00% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the dosage of nitroglycerin and the time of symptom control of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Before the intervention, the heart function and negative emotion of the two groups were similar （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . At the time of discharge, the heart function and negative emotion of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of angina pectoris caused by CHD has accurate effect, it can relieve negative emotion, accelerate the symptoms subsided, reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin, improve the heart function, it is worthy of clinical promtion.
