溴隐亭治疗抗精神病药物所致高泌乳素血症临床评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察溴隐亭治疗女性精神分裂症患者应用抗精神病药所致高泌乳素血症的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2016年2月医院收治的女性精神分裂症患者98例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各49例。对照组给予常规抗精神病药物及维生素B_6治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予溴隐亭治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后泌乳素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者用药后不良反应轻微,发生率均较低,组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后阳性和阴性症状量表评分对照组降低,治疗组升高。结论溴隐亭治疗女性精神分裂症应用抗精神病药所致高泌乳素血症疗效确切,可有效降低泌乳素水平,但同时可对患者病情产生一定的激动作用,需控制用药量和用药时间。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bromocriptine in the treatment of hyperlipidemia induced by antipsychotic drug in female patients with schizophrenia. Methods Totally 98 female patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine antipsychotic drugs and vitamin B_6,on this basis,the treatment group was given bromocriptine. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the prolactin level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). The adverse reactions were mild and the incidence rates were low in the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups( P〉0. 05). The scores of positive and negative symptom scores in the control group decreased after treatment,but the treatment group increased. Conclusion Bromocriptine in the treatment of hyperlipidemia induced by antipsychotic drug in female patients with schizophrenia has good effect,it can effectively reduce prolactin levels,but at the same time it has a dramatic effect on the patient's condition,the dosage and duration of medication need to be controlled.
