低剂量右美托咪定复合罗哌卡因骶管阻滞在小儿下肢手术中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 骶管阻滞是小儿下肢手术常用的麻醉方式。罗哌卡因是一种广泛用于区域阻滞麻醉的长效酰胺类局部麻醉药,毒性较低,单次注射作用时间可达4-8 h,如在局麻药中加入1-2μg/kg右美托咪定,对提高阻滞效果、延长作用时间和预防苏醒期躁动均有一定作用。
