Serum Levels of Vitamin D in Children with Pneumonia

目的:探讨肺炎患儿体内维生素D(Vit D)水平及其与肺炎的关系。方法:选取88例因肺炎于我院呼吸中心住院治疗的患儿为研究对象,入院时检测其血清Vit D水平,同时收集患儿临床资料及电话随访病后1年内呼吸道感染情况。比较肺炎患儿不同性别、年龄、病情轻重间血清Vit D水平有无差异,以及病后1年内发生反复呼吸道感染(RRI)组与未发生RRI组间血清Vit D水平有无差异。结果:肺炎患儿中不同性别及年龄间血清Vit D水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);我院肺炎患儿血清Vit D水平低于已报道的我国西部地区儿童平均水平;重症肺炎组血清Vit D水平低于普通肺炎组(P<0.05);病后1年内发生RRI组血清Vit D水平明显低于未发生RRI组(P<0.05)。结论:血清Vit D水平与性别、年龄无关;肺炎患儿体内Vit D水平普遍低,体内Vit D水平高低与肺炎病情轻重及病后再感染风险相关,Vit D水平越低,越易发展为重症肺炎,病后再感染风险越高。

Objective： To study the serum levels of vitamin D in children with pneumonia and the relationship between vitamin D and pneumonia. Methods： Eighty-eight hospitalized children with pneumonia were selected. The serum levels of vitamin D were tested.Their hospitalized data and the frequency of respiratory tract infections among one year were selected. The serum levels of vitamin D between different genders,ages and disease degrees were compared. The levels of vitamin D between recurrent respiratory infection（ RRI） group and non-RRI group were compared. Results： The serum levels of vitamin D between different genders and ages were with no statistical differences（ P〈0. 05）,the serum levels of vitamin D in children with pneumonia were lower than the average serum levels of vitamin D in the western China. Serum levels of vitamin D in intensive group were lower than normal group（ P〈0. 05）. Serum levels of vitamin D in RRI group were lower than non-RRI group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The serum levels of vitamin D in children with pneumonia have nothing to do with gender and age. The serum levels of vitamin D in children with pneumonia are lower,and related to the disease degree and the risk of reinfection after disease. The vitamin D levels are lower,it is easier for the development of intensive pneumonia,and the risk of reinfection after disease is higher.
