从创造性人才、创造性教育到创业型大学 被引量:4

The path from creative talents and innovative education to entrepreneurial universities

摘要 创造性人才的特征与素质各不一样,但创新精神与创造能力则是其核心素养。培养创造性人才特别需要创造性教育,这种教育正是诱发创新精神与创造能力的适宜环境之一。致力于学术成果转化的创业型大学是以创新性的学术成果作为前提与基础的,其学术创新的品质要求与活动特点决定了创业型大学是一个培养创造性人才、施行创造性教育的实践平台。同时,创业型大学培养的创业型人才具有一定的创业潜质,但不等于实际的创业工作者,而这种创业潜质最为核心的部分,正是创新精神与创造能力。因此,从本义上来说,创业型大学必定施行创造性教育,培养创造性人才。 Although the characteristic and quality of creative talents are different from each other,they show the innovative spirit and creative ability.Training creative talents particularly is in the need of the innovative education,which provides a suitable environment for the creative quality′s presence.The entrepreneurial university committed to the transformation of academic achievements is based on the innovative academic achievements,and the requirements and characteristics of academic innovation determine that the entrepreneurial university is a suitable practice platform cultivating creative talents and implementing creative education.There is no doubt that entrepreneurial talents come from entrepreneurial universities,however,entrepreneurial talents are not equal to the actual entrepreneurs,we can just say that they have the entrepreneurial potential,in which innovative spirit and creative ability are the most important things.So from the original meaning,entrepreneurial universities must implement the innovative education to train creative talents.
