中关铁矿帷幕注浆工程各序钻孔施工效率研究

Study of Boring Construction Efficiency of Zhongguan Iron Ore Curtain Grouting Project

矿山帷幕注浆工程中注浆孔包括钻探、压水试验、注浆、扫孔、测斜、纠斜等多个施工工序,各工序对施工效率均有不同程度的影响。在系统整理中关铁矿帷幕注浆工程原始班报表的基础上,统计分析了各个工序之间相互关系及耗时比例,并针对其中关键环节,提出提高矿山帷幕注浆施工效率的具体措施。

A grouting hole in mine curtain grouting project involves a couple of construction procedures including drilling,water pressure test,grouting,drill-hole cleaning,bore-hole surveying and hole straightening and each procedure will have a different influence on construction efficiency.By systematically organizing original report forms of Zhongguan iron ore curtain grouting project,relation between different procedures and time percentage of each procedure is statistically analyzed.For key procedure,specific measures to improve construction efficiency of mine curtain grouting are put forward.
