摘要
培养创新性人才是我国大学创新教学的根本诉求,也是"钱学森之问"的核心要义,更是高等教育质量建设成功的典型标志。但当前我国大学创新教学并未取得显著性效果,关键是在"拓展教学时空"的教学理念、"向课堂要效率"的教学思路、"向讲授法宣战"的教学方法以及"拒斥大班授课"的组织形式等方面存在诸多认识误区,从而遮蔽了创新教学的本质。教学制度障碍、教师自身局限以及学生参与度低等实践难题又进一步限制了创新教学的推行。因此,大学创新教学的核心追求是"让每一位学生发自内心地学习",其实现突围的首要前提在于澄清理论认识,根本策略在于营造良好的制度环境,现实路径在于构建师生"教学学术"共同体。
It is a fundamental aspiration of university innovative teaching to develop creative talents in China,which is also the core essence of "the asking of Qian Xuesen",and the successful sign of higher education quality construction.Currently,innovative teaching in Chinas universities doesn′t achieve significant results.That is because many people have some misunderstandings in the teaching idea,teaching method and organization form which covered the essence of the innovative teaching.Moreover,institutional barriers,teachers′restrictions and students′low participation further limit the implementation of innovative teaching in education practice.Therefore,the core pursuit of innovative teaching is to promote every student to learn from the bottom of his heart.In order to achieve a breakthrough of innovative teaching,the basic premise is to clarify the theoretical understanding,the fundamental strategy is to create a favorable institutional environment,and the realistic path is to build a teacher-student community of "scholarship of teaching".
