SLon-1600型离心选矿机在钨细泥选矿中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 为提高矿山钨细泥精矿的产量和回收率,研究了应用新型SLon-1600型离心选矿机起到的巨大作用。从数据上看,改造前(2013年)离心选矿机+摇床的尾矿WO_3品位为0.105%,改造后(2014~2016年)新离心选矿机+摇床的尾矿WO_3品位分别为0.099%、0.065%、0.087%,尾矿品位得到了降低,而细泥回收率则大幅度提高,改造前细泥回收率为39.52%,改造后细泥回收率分别为45.71%、41.19%、41.75%,这充分说明SLon-1600型离心选矿机的选别效果更好。SLon-1600型离心选矿机的成功应用可以提高入选矿石的品位,为后续作业创造更有利的选别条件,值得在钨矿山推广应用。 The application of SLon-1600 Centrifugal Separator effectively increased the yield and recovery rate of tungsten fine mud concentrate. The results show that a reduced tailing grade and increased fine mud recovery rate. Experimental statistics show that the shaking tailings tailings WO3 grade processed by the conventional centrifugal concentrator plus table in 2013 was 0.105 %; after technology transformation with the SLon-1600 Centrifugal Separator, the WO3 grade were 0.099 %, 0.065 % and 0.087 % respectively in the years of 2014, 2015 and 2016. The fine mud recovery rate before technology transformation was only 39.52 % in 2013; after technology transformation, the fine mud recovery rate were 45.71%, 41.19 % and 41.75 % in 2014, 2015 and 2016 respectively.The favorable working indicators of SLon-1600 Centrifugal Separator are conductive to improve tungsten recovery rate, which provide favorable conditions for the following-up working.
