中国当代警察身份认同问题探析——体制、文化、社会环境视角

Identity Struggle of Contemporary Chinese Policemen: from the perspective of System, Culture and Social Environment

在当代中西文化、新旧文化不断激烈冲突的历史时期,在中国传统价值理念不断解构,新的价值理念尚未完善建构的时代背景下,中国当代警察在身份建构和身份认同中面临冲突、矛盾和困惑。通过田野调查和深度访谈,采用质性研究方法,归纳出中国当代警察身份冲突的四个方面,分别是:警察是什么;"犯罪终结者"和"社会工作者";"危机化解者"和"旁观自保者";"执法权威"和"弱势草根"并从社会环境、体制、文化视角分析其形成机制。

In the historical period with constant fierce c onflicts between Chinses and western, new and old culture,contemporary Chinese policemen face conflict, contradiction and bewilderment in identity under the background of decon-structing of tradition value idea and imperfect constructing of new value idea. The researcher collects amounts of data through fields work and one to one interview, uses qualitative methods to make data analysis, and concludes four signifi-cant fields of police identity struggle： conception of police, criminal terminator and social worker,problem-solver and by-stander,authority of law enforcement and grass roots. And finally analyzes its formation mechanism from the perspective of social environment, system and culture.
