The cumbersome administrative law enforcement has seriously affected the administrative efficiency, and increased administrative costs, which is mainly embodied in the long process, the numerous formalities, the various relevant departments, and so on. The awareness of the importance of the simplification of the procedure of the administrative law enforcement should be promoted, by taking the simplified administrative law enforcement, and diminishing properly the enforcement procedures, to integrate a sound administrative law enforcement with the criminal justice system, create the institutional environment and provide technical support for a simplified procedure, improve the legal system and strengthen the supervision of the procedure of administrative law enforcement, and to improve the effectiveness of China＇ s administrative law enforcement.
