摘要
分析互联网企业产品项目敏捷开发中资源池配置、部门协作、项目流程掌控与管理、模块化任务分工、多部门业务与职能耦合场景下的沟通与解决等实际情况,对UED团队的运作模式、流程、设计管理和团队建设等方面的问题进行探讨。从设计团队业务对接方式、任务认领、组织架构优化、项目开发预研机制与流程的确立、岗位职责的分工合作、团队成员个人成长与团队发展的关系,以及设计管理在多任务线并行场景下的具体应用和创新等方面进行研究,对互联网产品敏捷开发中UED团队管理运作模式中的相关问题,有针对性地提出建议与解决方案。
Aspects like mode of operating a UED team,its processes,design management and team building were discussed based on an analysis of resource pool configuration,department coordination,project process control and management,modular division of tasks,communication and problem-solving under a multi-department business and function coupling scenario. Focus was mainly given to the business docking methods between design teams,task claim,organizational structure optimization,pre-research mechanism and process establishment for project development,job responsibilities and team work,personal growth and team development,applications of design management and its innovations under the multi-tasking scenario. Suggestions and solutions were proposed in response to problems related to mode of managing and operating a UED team in the agile development of network products.
