基于“OBE导向+‘阶梯式’实践育人”提升大学生综合素质能力初探——以常州工学院计算机信息工程学院为例

Improvement of College Students' Comprehensive Quality Based on OBE-oriented and Stepwise Practical Education——A Case Study of School of Computer Information and Engineering of Changzhou Institute of Technology

阐述大学生综合素质能力的内涵,论述提升大学生综合素质能力的必要性,分析当代大学生综合素质存在的问题及原因,提出了以OBE为导向形成专业特色,以课外阶梯式实践育人为引领,抓好综合素质能力培养,构建当代大学生综合素质培养体系的对策。

Connotation of college students＇ comprehensive quality and necessity of improving it was elaborated. With an analysis of the existing problems and causes of college student＇s comprehensive quality,countermeasures were put forward that an OBE orientation could help form professional characteristics,and a stepwise extracurricular practical education could raise students＇ comprehensive quality to construct a system for cultivating contemporary college students＇ comprehensive quality.
