摘要
通过对某高校中德合作办学项目师生进行的问卷调查与访谈,发现项目在生源、课程、教学、师资和学生工作等方面存在较多问题。结合全面质量管理理论的核心特点——"全",提出项目管理要树立全面质量理念,坚持全过程管理原则,全面运用各类知识和技术,强化多元主体参与等建议,以促进中外合作办学项目达到全社会受益的目的。
With a questionnaire and interviewof teachers and students on Sino-German programs,problems were found in student resources,curriculum,teaching,teachers and student affairs. Based on the core value of total quality management theory,which centers on total management,it was suggested that it was of necessity to set up the concept of total quality management of programs,adhere to the principle of whole process management,make comprehensive use of knowledge and technology,and strengthen participation of multiple subjects to make the Sino-foreign cooperative programs benefit the whole society.
