HPLC法测定止咳祛痰灵口服液中射干苷含量

目的建立止咳祛痰灵口服液中射干苷含量测定的HPLC法。方法采用HPLC法对止咳祛痰灵口服液中射干的有效成分射干苷进行含量测定。结果射干苷进样量线性范围是0．1152～2．88μg（r=-0．9999），平均回收率为92．44％，RSD=I．83％（n=6）。结论该法专属性强，重复性好，可有效控制咳祛痰灵口服液的质量。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Zhike Qutanling Koufuye of tectoridin.Methods HPLC method for the effective ingredient in Zhike Qutanling Koufuye Shegan to determine the content of tectoridin.Results Tectoridin in the range of 0.115 2-2.88 μg shows good linear relationship （r=0.999 9）,the average recovery rate was 92.44%,RSD=1.83% （n=6）. Conclusion This method is specific,reproducible,and can effectively control the quality of Zhike Qutanling Koufuye.
