特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘合并支气管肺炎临床观察

目的探讨特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘合并支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年6月至2015年6月收治的哮喘合并支气管肺炎患儿122例，随机分为两组，每组61例。对照组采用特布他林雾化吸入治疗，观察组采用特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为98．4％，高于对照组的73．8％（P〈0．05）；体内炎症因子，咳嗽、喘息、肺部罗音、肺部哮鸣音，肺功能等改善情况明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入可显著改善哮喘合并支气管肺炎患儿的临床症状，提高治疗临床疗效，值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical therapy effect of Terbutaline combining with Budesonide inhalation in children with asthma and bronchial pneumonia.Methods A retrospective analysis of 122 child patients with asthma and bronchial pneumonia, all patients were divided into two groups randomly and both groups contained 61 cases. The cases of control group were treated with Terbutaline inhalation,the cases of observation group were treated with Terbutaline combining with Budesonide inhalation,the therapeutic effects between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.4% ,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.8% ,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the the control group,and the difference between them was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;the inflammatory cytokines, coughing,wheezing,pulmonary rales and wheeze,lung function in observation group were improved significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical symptoms and efficacy of bronchial asthma with pneumonia in child patients can be significantly improved by Terbutaline combining with Budesonide inhalation,this treatment is worth in clincal practice.
