腔镜手术器械消毒灭菌方法改进与效果观察

擅要：目的探究A016腔镜手术器械消毒灭菌方法的改进与效果。方法选择医院2010年5月至2015年5月腔镜手术器械消毒灭菌案例，按灭菌方法的不同分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用碱性戊二醛浸泡消毒灭菌法，研究组采用改进后的低温等离子灭菌法。结果两组的清洁率、灭菌率比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），研究组灭菌时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论低温等离子灭菌法对A016腔镜手术器械进行消毒灭菌的效果更显著。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic operation and improvement of A016 equipment sterilization method. Methods Our hospital in May 2010 to May 2015 with respectively two kinds of different methods of A016 endoscopic surgical instruments sterilization,alkaline glutaraldehyde disinfection sterilization was used in the control group,the study group with improved low-temperature plasma sterilization.Results There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group（P 〉 0.05）,the sterilization time was significantly shorter than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the sterilization of A016 endoscopic operation device of low-temperature plasma sterilization effect.
