急诊护理存在的问题及对策分析

目的探讨急诊护理中存在的问题，并针对问题进行有效的策略分析。方法选取2016年1月至6月间医院急诊中出现护理问题的患者40例，针对护理中出现的问题进行原因分析，总结出有效的问题解决对策。结果急诊护理中主要存在的问题包括护理人员专业知识欠缺，专业技能不熟练，法律意识淡薄，自我保护意识及与患者和患者家属的沟通能力较差等。结论在急诊护理中，要确立以患者为中心的护理服务理念，在实践的过程中不断学习专业知识，提高护理能力，提高自我防范意识，注重自我防范意识的培养，减少护理风险和医患纠纷，促进医院整体护理水平的提升。

Objective To explore the problems existing in the emergency room care,and effective strategies for problem analysis; Selection.Methods Between January - June 2016 in our hospital emergency nursing problems of patients with a total of 40 cases, aiming at the problems in nursing reason analysis,summed up the effective problem solving countermeasures.Results Through the study found that the main problems include： in emergency care nurses lack professional knowledge,professional skills unskilled, legal consciousness and the ego to protect consciousness and communication with the patient and the family ability is poor. Conclusion In emergency care,in order to establish the nursing service concept of taking patients as the center,in the process of practice to learn professional knowledge,improve nursing ability,improve self awareness,pay attention to the cultivation of the self awareness,reduce nursing risk and medical disputes,promote the overall hospital nursing level of ascension.
