柔性管理理论优化急诊护理管理的效果分析

目的探讨柔性管理理论在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至6月医院急诊科30名护理人员作为研究对象，将30名急诊护理人员随机均分为观察组和对照组。观察组实施柔性管理，对照组实施常规化管理，对比两组护理管理效果。结果观察组护理人员的护理技能、服务态度、患者满意度均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论将柔性管理理论应用到急诊护理管理中，能有效提高患者满意度，提升护理人员自我认知、业务水平及工作积极性，值得推广。

Objeetlve To explore the application of the theory of flexible management in emergency nursing management effect; Methods Randomly selected from January 2016 - June,To observe group implementing flexible management,the control group in the routine management,compared two groups of nurses in emergency nursing management;Results the observation group to implement the flexible management,nurses＇ nursing skills,service attitude,the effect of patients to nursing job satisfaction were signiflcandy higher than that of control group,the difference is statistically signifieant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Can effectively improve patient satisfaction,increase nurses＇ knowledge of self,business level and work enthusiasm,after clinical practice showed that the flexible management theory is worth extending and using for reference.
