摘要 目的分析泌尿系统微生物检验结果中的病原菌分布情况。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月在医院接受治疗的90例泌尿系统感染患者作为研究对象,患者均给予实验室微生物检验,并应用统计学分析病原菌检验的结果。结果培养得到90株病原菌,其中有革兰阳性菌20株,所占比例为22.22%,主要为粪肠球菌和鸟肠球菌;革兰阴性菌56株,所占比例为62.22%,主要为大肠埃希杆菌;假丝酵母菌属有14株,所占比例为15,56%,主要为假丝酵母菌。革兰阴性菌所占比例明显高于革兰阳性菌、假丝酵母菌属。结论泌尿系统感染主要的病原菌是革兰阴性菌,临床治疗中根据病原菌检测结果和药敏实验,根据每个患者的具体情况选择合适抗菌药物进行治疗,并有效预防二重感染和耐药菌的产生。 Objective Analysis of pathogenic bacteria in urinary system test results. Methods Selection of 90 patients with urinary tract infections treated in the hospital from May 2015 to May as the research object, All patients were tested by laboratory tests, and the results were analyzed by statistical analysis. Results Cultured 90 strains of pathogens, including 20 strains of gram positive bacteria accounted for 22.22% ,mainly for Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus;56 strains of gram negative bacteria ac counted for 62. 22% ,mainly Escherichia coli; Candida 14 strains, accounting for 15. 56%, mainly for candida. The proportion of gram negative bacteria was significantly higher than that of gram positive bacteria and Candida. Conclusion Urinary tract infection, the main pathogen is gram negative bacteria, the clinical treatment according to the results of pathogen detection and drug sensitivity test,select the appropriate antibiotics for treatment according to the specific circumstances of each patient, and effectively prevent the double infection and drug resistant bacteria.
