健胃止呕口服液治疗恶性肿瘤化疗所致呕吐的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of vomiting caused by chemotherapy of malignant tumor with Jianweizhiou oral liquid

目的研究健胃止呕口服液治疗恶性肿瘤化疗所致呕吐的效果。方法选取从2015年2月至2016年3月，在本院接受化疗治疗的恶性肿瘤患者90例，以数字法随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组患者于化疗前1d口服香砂养胃丸、静脉注射盐酸格拉斯琼，观察组则在化疗前1d给予健胃止呕口服液治疗，对比两组止呕效果。结果观察组止呕总有效率为95．56％（43／45），显著高于对照组的71．11％（32／45），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两纽治疗后中医辨证评分均显著低于治疗前，而观察组又显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组不良反应总发生率为8．89％（4／45），显著低于对照组的31．11％（14／45），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组饮食、精神、睡眠以及心理质量评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论健胃止呕口服液治疗恶性肿瘤化疗所致呕吐的效果显著，能明显改善患者症状，降低不良反应发生率，提高生活质量。

Objective To study the treatment of vomiting caused by chemotherapy of malignant tumor with Jianweizbiou oral liquid. Methods From February 2015 to March 2016,90 patients with malignant tumor in our hospital received chemotherapy treatment cases,the numbers were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group patients before chemotherapy on 1 d oral Xiangshayangwei pills,intravenous injection of Glass Jean, the observation group was given Jianweizhiou oral liquid 1d before chemotherapy treatment. Compared two groups of antiemetic effect. Results The observa- tion grouprs antiemetic total effective rate was 95. 56 % （43/45）, significantly higher than the control group 71.11 % （32/45）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The two group after treatment, TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions in the observation group the total incidence rate was 8.89 %（4/45）, significantly lower than the control group 31.11 % （14/45）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group＇s spirit, diet, sleep and mental quality scores were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Jianweizhiou oral liquid on vomiting caused by chemotherapy of malignant tumor is remarkable,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life.
