本院643例临床微生物送检标本不合格原因分析及解决对策

Analysis of causes and countermeasures of 643 cases of unqualified samples of clinical microorganism in our hospital

目的分析临床微生物检验标本不合格产生的原因，确保标本送检质量和检验结果的准确，为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。方法统计2015年1月至2016年12月本院住院患者送检的微生物培养不合格标本的数量并分析不合格的原因。结果2015年1月至2016年12月共43265份微生物培养标，不合格标本数为643例，不合格率为1．48％；在643例不合格标本中，标本不合格原因从高到低位于前3位的分别是：非标准痰液唾液痰、标本采集不规范、运送不及时；在643例不合格标本中，不合格率从高到低位于前3位的分别是：痰液3．84％、中段尿2．22％、分泌物1．37％。结论应加强医护人员微生物标本采集、运送及人员培训，同时加强与临床的联系，针对不合格标本发生的原因及时沟通或定期向临床反馈以提高标本的送检质量，使其认识到合格的标本是整个检验质量的保证。

Objective To analyze the causes of unqualified specimens of clinical microbiology produced, ensure the specimen quality and inspection accuracy,and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Statistics from January 2015 to December 2016 of inpatients in our hospital of microbial number of unqualified specimen and analyzes the causes of failure. Results From January 2015 to December 2016 a total of 43265 microbial culture standard, unqualified specimen number for 643 cases, the unqualified rate was 1.48% ;in 643 cases of unqualified samples, the unqualified reason of specimen from high to low in the top 3 are：non standard sputum specimens of sputum, saliva is not standardized, not timely delivery in 643 cases;unqualified samples, the unqualified rate from high to low in the top 3 are：3.84 %, 2.22 %, sputum urine secretion 1.37 %. Conclusion We should strengthen the medical staff of microbial specimen collection, transportation and personnel training, and strengthen the clinical impli- cations, for reasons of unqualified specimens occur in communication or regular feedback to the clinic in order to improve the quality of sample submission, to realize that the qualified specimen is the guarantee of quality inspection.
