丹参川芎嗪联合养血柔肝组方治疗慢性乙肝早期肝硬化临床观察

Clinical observation of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined nourishing blood formula for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with early cirrhosis

目的 探讨丹参川芎嗪联合养血柔肝组方治疗慢性乙肝并发早期肝硬化的临床疗效.方法 将纳入研究 的60例慢性乙肝早期肝硬化患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组单独给予丹参川芎嗪（贵州拜特制药有限公司）10 mL 1次/d静脉滴注30 d,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用养血柔肝组方6 g 2次/d口服30 d,并比较两组疗效.结果 1.治疗组在临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,χ2=4.81 P〈0.05差异有统计学意义;2.治疗组血清肝纤维化血清透明质酸（HA）、层黏蛋白（LN）、Ⅳ型胶原（IVC）和PC Ⅲ 的指标均明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义.两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生.结论 丹参川芎嗪联合养血柔肝组方治疗慢性乙肝早期肝硬化可达到显著疗效.

Objective To study the salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined nourishing blood concurrent liver formula for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B clinical curative effect of early cirrhosis of the liver.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B and early cirrhosis were included in the study and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group were given salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine alone（guizhou beit pharmaceutical co.,LTD.） 10 ml / 1 d static point for 30 days,the treatment group in the control group therapy combined with nourishing blood liver formula on the basis of 6 g/d 2 oral 30 days,and compare the two groups of curative effect.Results 1.The treatment group in the clinical curative effect comparison,the treatment group was better than control group,χ2=4.81,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant;2.The treatment group serum HA,LN,IVC hepatic fibrosis and PC Ⅲ indexes were significantly improved,compared with control group the difference was statistically significant.Two groups during treatment had no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined nourishing blood formula for the treatment of chronic hepatitis b liver cirrhosis early can achieve remarkable curative effect.
