摘要
目的通过信息系统的深化设计,控制血液标本采集及转运环节,降低临床血液标本的不合格率。方法在原有信息系统的基础上深化设计检验条码标签,增加标本转运交接单、质量控制程序,建立质控数据库及信息反馈机制,重塑血液标本的采集及转运流程。结果信息系统深化设计实施后,容器错误、标本量少及转运时间过长三类标本不合格率由前组0.35%(319/90695)降至后组0.11%(98/91602)P〈0.01。结论信息化系统深化设计对降低容器错误、标本量少及转运时间过长三类标本不合格率有重要意义,设计思路易于推广。
Objective Deepen the design of information systems to control blood specimen collection and transport links to reduce the fneligibie rate of clinical blood samples. Methods Deepen in the design of information systems laboratory examination bar- code labels. Increase specimen transfer list and quality control procedures. Establish the control quality database and information feedback mechanism. Remodel the collection and transport processes of blood specimen. Results After deepen in the design of in formation systems. The containers error and the specimen less and the specimen retention time overrun etc, three types ineligible rate of clinical blood samples dropped significantly, the previous group(0. 35%, 98/91 602),the behind group(0. 11%0,319/90 695) ,P〈0.01. Conclusion It is valuable to reduce container error rate and specimen less rate and exceeding the time limit rate that through deepening the design of information systems. The design ideas easy to spread.
