72例老年胃溃疡临床诊治分析

Analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment of 72 cases of senile gastric ulcer

目的通过对某院诊治的72例老年胃溃疡患者进行分析，了解老年胃溃疡的临床特点，避免误诊误治。方法72例老年胃溃疡患者的确诊和出院诊断作为依据，对误诊为其他疾病或误诊为胃溃疡作为统计参数，进行对比分析。结果老年胃溃疡由于发病较慢，老年人的年龄特点，因此，极容易延误诊治，或者容易误诊为其他疾病，应当引起重视。结论老年胃溃疡存在一定的临床特点，应针对性做好诊断，并及时治疗，提高痊愈率。

Objective Through to a hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment of 72 cases of elderly patients with gastric ulcer were analyzed,and understand the clinical characteristics of elderly gastric ulcer,of misdiagnosed as other diseases or misdiagnosed as gastric ulcer as a statistical parameter,were analyzed. Methods Results The elderly gastric ulcer due to slower onset,age characteristics of the elderly, should be caused take seriously. Conclusion The clinical characteristics of elderly gastric ulcer there, should be targeted to do the diagnosis,and treatment in time,improve the cure rate.
