重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗膜性结膜炎疗效

Effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of membranous conjunctivitis

目的:分析并研究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液(商品名:贝复舒)治疗膜性结膜炎的疗效。方法:收集2014年1月—2016年10月眼科收治的膜性结膜炎患者42例,均明确诊断并排除已接受相关治疗可能影响疗效者。将42例患者根据数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组各21例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液(每天4~6次,每次1滴)治疗。观察两组临床疗效及结膜修复情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.48%(19/21),显著高于对照组的66.67%(14/21,P<0.05)。观察组结膜修复时间为(5.1±0.6)d,显著短于对照组的(10.2±0.5)d(P<0.05)。观察组发生充血症状1例,对照组为8例,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液可短期内提高临床疗效,促进结膜修复,并降低结膜充血症状发生率,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective：To study the efficacy of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops in the treatment of membranous conjunctivitis. Methods：A total of 42 patients with membranous conjunctivitis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were selected. All patients were diagnosed and excluded receiving the relevant treatment that might affect the efficacy of the observation. According to the digital random table, 42 cases were divided into a control group and an observation group with 21 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and on the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops（4 to 6 times a day, each time 1 drop）. The clinical effect and the conjunctival repair of the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%（19/21）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 66.67%（14/21, P0.05）. The conjunctival repair time of the observation group was（5.1±0.6） d, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group（10.2±0.5） d（P0.05）. The observation group had 1 case of congestive symptom, and the control group 8 cases of it, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：The recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops can improve the clinical efficacy, promote conjunctival repair and reduce the incidence of conjunctival congestion in the short term, which has good application value.
