摘要
通过对转炉吹炼终点自动判断装置的研究开发,结合阳极炉富氧燃烧改造以及阳极炉"弱氧化浅还原"操作模式的应用,逐步优化转炉—阳极炉生产协作模式,有效降低了阳极炉的天然气及重油单耗,在节能降耗的研究实践中取得了显著成效,降低了工厂的生产成本。
According to the research of converting end-point automatic determination devic.e of the converter, the oxygen-enriched combustion transform and the application of "weak oxidizing & shallow reduction" on burning anode furnace, itgradually formed the coordinative operation between converter and anode furnace, which effectively reduced the unitconsumption of natural gas anti heavy fuel oil of anode furnace, achieving the purpose of energy-saving antt cost-reducing,and reducing the production cost of the factory.
